The McGill Office of Innovation would like to invite you to the first event in a series that will focus on inspiring startup stories from scientists.

In collaboration with Science Abroad, we are pleased to announce that Dr. Neta Kela Madar, an Israeli medical researcher will be presenting her entrepreneurial experience on January 23rd.

About Dr. Neta Kela Madar

Dr. Neta Kela Madar is the co-founder of CGA, an automated CAR-T manufacturing device company, and founder and CEO of Omni, an international business development and scientific consulting firm specializing in precision medicine, cell therapy and immunomodulation. Dr. Kela Madar completed her PhD at the Weizmann Institute, focused on clinical research and autoimmune disorders. Following her PhD, Dr. Kela Madar was a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University, focusing on clinical oncology research. While at Stanford she received the McCormick Award from Stanford University, School of Medicine.

Dr. Kela is also a senior faculty member at the Peres Academic Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Rehovot, Israel, and a lecturer with the Ben Gurion executive MBA program.
